Although many might imagine it that way, this caramel recipe is not exactly what one would call “Grandma’s caramel.”
It is, instead, the result of countless joyful hours shared between two best friends.
Confidantes and kindred spirits since the age of twelve, imagine what they could create together. This lovingly crafted recipe, originally poured into classic Bernardin jars, became an excuse to bring Sonia and Marie-Pier together during the holiday season, despite their very different life rhythms.
Love, laughter, and heartfelt conversations were shared as they caught up on lost time, put their cooking talents to work, expressed their creativity, and most importantly, brought joy to family and friends during festive celebrations.
