At Love Local Products / M & N Apothecary, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping every order with efficiency and care. Please review the information below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada and Europe.
Shipments to the United States are temporarily suspended.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or remote locations where carriers cannot guarantee delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Options

We partner with Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Customers may select Standard or Express shipping at checkout.

We offer Free Shipping within Canada on all orders over $75 (before taxes).

Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated in real time at checkout, based on carrier rates and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Within Canada: 3 – 7 business days after dispatch

  • Europe: delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier service

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, or service disruptions. When necessary, we may use alternate carriers to ensure timely delivery.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If you require additional assistance, you may also reach out to us at products@lovelocalproducts.com.

Local Pickup (Hudson, QC)

Local pickup is available from our Hudson store.
Please select Local Pickup at checkout and wait for your email confirmation before coming to collect your order.
Pickup hours will be provided in your confirmation email.
