Gibbs Honey is produced by only our own bees, located on wildflower fields, organic farms and natural pastures in Eastern Ontario. We are connected to production at each stage and never purchase from other beekeepers. This means we can ensure the highest standards for our honey, welfare of our bees and ecology of our yards. 

Raw honey will crystalize over time, but this is a completely natural process. If you prefer a liquid consistency just place your jar in a pot of water low heat until it returns to a liquid state.
